Shipping: 

Everything will be shipped USPS First Class. Orders will be shipped after confirmation that payment(s) have cleared. 

Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address entry at checkout.

International Shipping:

International shipping can take anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks. International orders will not be shipped via USPS First Class. 

Refunds and Exchanges:

If your item is damaged upon delivery please contact us within 7 business days of receipt and we will do our best to quickly resolve any issues. Due to the nature of London + Twig dolls being personalized we will not be able to offer exchanges.

   2. How can I find out the status of my order?

Please use the Contact button to directly email London + Twig at the top of the page. Since all London + Twig are shipped USPS First Class, tracking is provided upon request.You will also receive through purchase confirmation when order is complete. 

   3. Can I cancel my order?

As long as your London + Twig order has not shipped, you may cancel your order anytime. There will be a 25% restocking fee for any cancelled order. Personalized orders cannot be cancelled. If you'd like make a change in your order, please contact London + Twig directly using Contact Us.
